Your chauffeur's name, photo, mobile number and vehicle plate arrive the day before. On the day, the chauffeur texts you when they are outside.

No. There is no surge pricing. New Year's Eve, prom weekend and graduation Saturday are quoted the same way as a Tuesday, and demand does not move your number after you book.

Both. On an hourly booking the chauffeur holds the car for the block you book, so you can add stops or run late and the number does not move. A point to point or airport transfer is a flat rate for a single run. For a whole day, ask for a day booking.
